I.M. for Health Information Campaign 2026



Before we end the first month of 2026, you’re invited to join the PCP Northern Luzon 2026 I.M. for Health Campaign via social media.

Mechanics:

1. Post date-stamped photo/s of your actual personal wellness or health promotion practice/s together WITH a brief explanatory caption AND the corresponding hashtags followed by your group number. 

2. There is no maximum number of unique posts per day as long as each post clearly promotes your personal practices of health living and health promotion. 

3. Captions should be based on recommended guidelines from the WHO, DOH, or the Philippine Medical Association and its component societies.

Ex. A nephrologist posting her healthy breakfast for the day shall use: #Internist4Health5.

The group that has the highest total hashtag count from January 31 to May 31, 2026 shall be awarded the following prizes during the next General Assembly:

1st place - P50,000.00 plus 1 CGS point for active group members

2nd place - P30,000.00

3rd place - P15,000.00

Hashtags:

#Internist4Health – date-stamped photo of any of the following: healthy meal for the day, post-exercise session (ex. yoga, running, etc.), actual vaccination received as recommended by local guidelines (ex. flu, pneumococcal, etc.), compliance with prescribed medication, home blood pressure or blood sugar monitoring, wellness practices (ex. meditation, hobbies), etc. Sharing the official posters for IM on the Move 2 will also be counted.

#Internist4HealthyPlanet – date-stamped photo of your actual green initiatives (use of renewable source of energy, waste reduction and management, sustainable transportation, environmental conservation efforts like tree care/planting activities and efficient water utilization)

Groupings are as follows:

Group 1: Infectious Diseases

Group 2: Gastroenterology

Group 3: Pulmonology and Critical Care

Group 4: Cardiovascular Medicine

Group 5: Nephrology

Group 6: Hematology, Oncology, Toxicology, Rheumatology, Allergology, Immunology, Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Medicine

Group 7: General Internal Medicine

Group 8: Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Nutrition

IM on the Move 2 - A Benefit Fun Run (February 14, 2026)

Calling all members who want to start the year with the gift of giving. We need your support for the upcoming I.M. on the Move 2 PCP-Northern Luzon Run Run: Heart and Sole this Feb. 14, 2026.

Please invite your family, friends, and acquaintances to this fund-raising activity as proceeds will be shared by the following health facilities under the chapter: Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center, Benguet General Hospital, Cordillera Hospital of the Divine Grace, Pines City Doctors Hospital, Notre Dame de Chartres Hospital, and Saint Louis Hospital of the Sacred Heart.

You will also earn 1 CGS point if you recruit 2 runners and 2 CGS points if you recruit at least 3 runners OR a sponsor.

Registration rates are as follows:

2 Km - Php 650 early bird, 800 regular

6 Km - Php 800 early bird, 900 regular

12 Km - Php 900 early bird, 1100 regular

Tree Upkeep and Tree Planting Activities

Tree upkeep refers to clearing out weeds within one meter perimeter of newly planted or young trees. Clearing and tree planting activities comprise preparing the soil by digging a hole twice the depth of the root ball before planting the seedlings. There must be at least one meter space between seedlings. 

 General Guidelines for Participation in tree upkeep or clearing/tree planting activities

1. Inform Ms. Camille Lopez of schedule (date, time), names of participants, and activity. For tree planting activities, available ornamental trees include ylang-ylang, cedar, bottlebrush, etc.  

2. Minimum number of participants per activity is 10 persons, with at least one PCP-NL member. Participants are advised to bring their own gardening tools, work gloves, water, and wear protection against mosquito bites.

3. Sign in using the designated logbook for tracking purposes.

4. Take an initial time-stamped photo of desired work area.

5. To be credited the CGS unit, a minimum of one hour of work is required. You can earn a maximum of 1 CGS unit for tree upkeep and 1 CGS point for tree planting. 

6.  Take a time-stamped photo of the work area at the end of the period that includes PCP-NL members who participated.

7. Sign out using the designated logbook.

8. Post at least one before and one after photo on your Facebook page and tag the official PCP NL Facebook page or submit via email (pcp.northernluzon@gmail.com or Viber to +639952006308.

9. For tree planting activities, please submit the number and species of seedlings planted for tracking purposes.
